2. Gift Card
This section only covers gift cards sold on www.thenomadmasseur.com. For any other type of gift cards, please consult directly the terms and conditions of use of the seller provider.
2.1 GIFT CARD ITEM
The gift card is worth payment title, no deposit will be asked of the recipient at the appointment.
2.2 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
The use of the Card brings full acceptance of these General Terms of Use which you acknowledge to have become aware of.

2.3 RETRACTION
If you order a gift card on the Internet, you have 14 days left from the validation of the order, to exercise your right of withdrawal provided the Card has not been used. When this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or yearless, it is extended until the next 1 business day.
The refund will be made within 15 days of the date of receipt by The Nomad Masseur.
2.4 GIFT CARD VALIDITY
These General Terms of Use are a contract between the Issuer and its beneficiary, which will have the same duration as the validity of the Card, which is three (3) months from the date of purchase.
The expiry date appears on the front of the Card. At the end of the validity period of the gift card, it will not be renewed, exchanged or refunded.
2.5 USE OF GIFT CARD
The gift card cannot be used by a minor.
The Gift Card can only be used once.
The gift card can only be used during its validity period as a payment instrument.
The gift card cannot be exchanged, sold, resold, or discounted and cannot give rise to monetary consideration from the provider or a third party.
The gift card not made before the validity date will be considered used. The gift card will be permanently lost and will not be subject to an appointment or refund request.
Careful!
It is recommended to make an appointment at least 3 weeks before the end of the gift card to make sure of an appointment.
The Nomad Masseur, will not be liable if the recipient of a Gift Card fails to find a slot during the validity period or if The Nomad Masseur's calendar no longer has a slot available or is on leave.
The gift card will be lost and will not be subject to an appointment or refund request.
2.6 REFUND OF GIFT CARD
2.6.1 REPAYMENT CONDITIONS
No refund will be made after the withdrawal period provided for in Article 2.3 of these General Terms of Use.
2.6.2 REPAYMENT TERMS
Any request for a refund of the Card must be stipulated:

In case of refund, it will be sent to you within 15 calendar days for the repayment by transfer.
2.7 GIFT CARD PROLOGATION
The recipient of a gift card may apply for an extension, only once, for a maximum of one year, for certain cases of force majeure, such as:
- Pregnancy
- heavy diseases
The request for an extension should be made by email or mail as soon as possible, within a maximum of one month before the gift card is completed. After this date no request for an extension will be accepted.
